Red Dead Redemption 2

Alright, yesterday I was talking about how I was worried about meeting Johns family? I was correct, the family wasn't quite to my liking, I find Jack to be downright annoying and his wife to be a nag... which Jack would never stop saying when I rode a horse as him. Throughout the small missions with his family, my favorites were with Uncle, and he was repulsive! What was in his beard?!

I felt really bad for Bonnie, knowing that she liked John, in the last scene we see her in. It's heartbreaking! Just watching her sadly watch John ride away with his wife. I almost yelled at the screen, "John what are you doing!? Go back to Bonnie!" And yes, I like Bonnie and John together better then Abigail and John...

So the end of the game wasn't really all too good for me, plus the way that John went down could of easily been avoided, had he stayed in the barn and shot them down from higher level, or if he would of escaped too. I felt sadness when he died, but not as sad if he would have died before I met his family. I'm not going to even try to play as Jack, his voice and ratty hair annoys me to no end. So the book for Red Dead Redemption has closed, and while I still may play online multiplayer and restart the story to play the part I like the most, I am going to be starting a new game to play. My options are Grand Theft Auto 4 and Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. I am going to play both any how, I've had these games also since last year, but only Grand Theft Auto 4 was from the same Christmas in which I got Red Dead Redemption, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots was from my brothers birthday in September.

Hopefully for Christmas I will end up getting an X-Box, along with the games Mass Effect 2, Left 4 Dead/2, Assassins Creed 2, Assassins Creed: Brotherhood, Alan Wake, or Dragon Age: Origins and Red Dead Redemption (I already have these games for the PlayStation3, but it would be nice to have them for X-Box incase my brother was to be playing on the PlayStation3). Ones in my favor to get would be Mass Effect 2 and the two Assassins Creed games'.

Red Dead Redemption

Hello I'm Haley, Hal, or HDR. Alright, now that you know who I am blog number one start!

Red Dead Redemption, a game I've been playing since I had gotten it last year for Christmas and I haven't beaten it yet, but I'm close! I know you're probably thinking, "You got it that long ago and your still playing it!?" Well yes, I have to share the PS3 with my brother, and I've been interested in it on and off, but for the past month I've been completely interested in it, it may be because I was forced to start GTA4 over again (my saved file corrupted), and I looked at the Red Dead Redemption case and went, "Huh, haven't beat that yet!"

I already know how the game ends because I accidentally stumbled on it while looking at comments on a RDR video, but I still wish to experience it myself. So far in the game I've just gotten out of Mexico and got ambushed (I cannot remember the name of the mission for the life of me). So far I haven't been looking forward to meeting John's wife and son. I've heard that you'll have to do missions such as ranching cattle, and things like that, and that Johns wife is very "stone faced". I've heard the son is very just... annoying. So I am not sure about his family, but so far the game has been going good!

I am absolutely in love with the characters Bonnie, Irish, Nigel, and of course the main character John. Bonnie need no explanation- from the beginning her attitude just struck me, not in a bad way, but in a "Wow-I-Like-This-Person!" way. Irish is just too funny, and makes me giggle a lot. Nigel is odd in his own way, the elixir and how he makes John do all these things for him is tiring, but for some reason I always looked forward to all his missions.  John- well you get the idea. He's the main character, you go on all those adventures with him, and get to know him. He pretty much just turns into a pal of yours.

That's all for today, see ya.
